Select the products you require from our pricelist, go to the shopping cart to modify quantities and then to the checkout on our secure site to complete delivery details.
At this point you choose how you wish to pay and then the relevant details are sent either to DPS for credit card verification and payment or to Paypal for you to use that method of payment.
Once we are given the approval you will receive an automated email confirming the order with an invoice attached.
Within one working day we will send you an email with our expected date of shipping. Our usual process is to configure the equipment to your order and then carry out a 24 hour thermal cycle test before shipping to you.
Your order will be shipped by Fedex and your email address will be entered to receive progress notifications. You will receive a confirming email from Fedex.
Delivery should be expected within two - three days from notification depending on customs delays. You are able to check on progress on the Fedex website.

Returns
For the first 21 days we are happy to refund you for any unit purchased through the website, for whatever reason. Please refer to our "money back guarantee" for the details.
Repairs
Cleverscope’s policy is to achieve service for the customer in as short a time as is practical. Provided the faulty equipment is cosmetically suitable, the customer will usually be sent a replacement immediately. The replacement may be new or refurbished, but will be of an equivalent standard to the equipment returned. Cleverscope keeps the returned unit.
Where the equipment is returned outside the warranty period, the customer is responsible for freight and refurbishment costs. Freight costs are to and from the nearest Cleverscope distribution centre. Costs will be invoiced to the customer after completion of refurbishment. Cleverscope will give its best endeavours to keep the refurbishment costs to a minimum.
Where the equipment is returned inside the warranty period, the customer is responsible for freight to the nearest distribution centre, while Cleverscope is responsible for refurbishment and freight costs in returning the refurbished or replacement unit to the Customer. In all cases, the warranty wording below applies.
Warranty
Twentyfour months from date of manufacture
Cleverscope warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of manufacture. If the product proves defective during this warranty period, Cleverscope, at its option, either will repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. Batteries are excluded from this warranty. Parts, modules and replacement products used by Cleverscope for warranty work may be new or reconditioned to like new performance. All replaced parts, modules and products become the property of Cleverscope.
In order to obtain service under this warranty, the Customer must notify Cleverscope of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period and make suitable arrangements for the performance of service. Customer shall be responsible for packaging and shipping the defective product to the service center designated by Cleverscope, shipping charges prepaid. Cleverscope shall pay for the return of the product to Customer if the shipment is to a location within the country in which the Cleverscope service center is located. Customer shall be responsible for paying all shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any other charges for products returned to any other locations.
This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. Cleverscope shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty a) to repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than Cleverscope representatives to install, repair or service the product; b) to repair damage resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment; c) to repair any damage or malfunction caused by the use of non-Cleverscope supplies; or d) to service a product that has been modified or integrated with other products when the effect of such modification or integration increases the time or difficulty of servicing the product.
This warranty is given by Cleverscope with respect to the product in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. Cleverscope and its vendors disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Cleverscope' responsibility to repair or replace defective products is the sole and exclusive remedy provided to the customer for breach of this warranty. Cleverscope and its vendors will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages irrespective of whether Cleverscope or the vendor has advance notice of the possibility of such damages.
