Evaluation Package

You are welcome to download the evaluation version of the CS300 Cleverscope application by clicking the link below. The application includes a software signal generator and will also display signals from the sound card line or mic inputs.

Evaluation Software, this is a 27.8 Mb file.

The evaluation version is generally not the latest build. It has no digital or advanced triggering capabilities or USB support; for that you need the full installation.

After you have downloaded the file, unzip it and run "setup.exe" to begin the installation process.

IMPORTANT: this version will only work on Win 2000, Win XP or Vista.

Software Update

The latest version number is v4.627, dated 06 May 2008. Please read the update instructions pdf before updating.

If you have already have CS300 software installed and wish to update, you should download Cscope Update v4627.zip, which is a 12.4 Mb file.

There is NO need to do a re-install (in fact we actively discourage it!). Open the file and extract the contents into your cleverscope directory, overwriting the current files.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT load a v64xx binary into your classic Cleverscope CS328. It will break it! Always use the latest ROM Loader, which will protect you against this happening.

Complete Installation

The latest version number is v4.625, dated 22 Mar 2008.

It is not required if you already have CS300 with version number greater than V34xx installed; you will only require the update available above.

If you do require the full installation package then send us an email and we will give you a link.

To evaluate the software, the demonstration version above is more compact and is set up for working without an acquistion unit connected.
